What these terms cover
These terms cover firstprice.app, its launch list and the information shown before the app launches. The website does not currently create a paid account or take payment. App use, trials and subscriptions will be covered by the terms shown when that service becomes available and by the applicable App Store terms.
Pricing information
Supplier prices, availability and catalogue totals can change. We refresh the public catalogue figures from the FirstPrice database and may cache them briefly for speed. They are evidence about the catalogue, not a quote, offer or guarantee that a supplier will sell at a particular price.
FirstPrice is designed to help a tradesperson assemble and review quote inputs. The tradesperson remains responsible for scope, quantities, labour, VAT treatment, customer terms and the final price, and should verify live supplier terms before relying on them.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful business research and to join the launch list. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit another person’s email without permission, scrape it in a way that degrades availability or misuse our branding and content.
Ownership and links
We or our licensors own the website, FirstPrice branding and original content. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Links to third-party suppliers or services are provided for context; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Availability and liability
We may correct, change or withdraw website content and cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business loss arising from use of this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
